The Mental Health Line is a single number, state -wide 24 hour mental health telephone access service.
Anyone with a mental health issue can use the Mental Health Line to speak with a mental health professional and be directed to the right care for them.
Carers, other health professionals and emergency workers can also use the Mental Health Line for advice about a person’s clinical symptoms, the urgency of the need for care and local treatment options.
Your local GP. Make an appointment talk to them about where you are at, they can help put a support plan in place for you.

WHEN IS RELATIONSHIP THERAPY NOT APPROPRIATE
Relationship Therapy delivered via private practice is not recommended for couples currently in domestic or family violence, or for couples where significant mental health diagnosis is current. These couples will be better supported through relationship therapy agencies such as Relationships Australia 1300 364 277 or Interrelate 1300 473 528.
