Natalie is a Psychologist who has worked in the areas of psychological treatment and rehabilitation for 30 years. She recognises that everybody needs some extra support when facing the challenges and difficulties that life presents us with at times.
She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She provides therapy and assistance for individuals, couples, and groups. She is available for face to face, phone or video consultations. She is an accredited Medicare, DVA and Workcover provider.
Natalie provides comprehensive assessment and treatment for a broad range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health issues and concerns. These include anxiety and stress management, panic, depression, anger, parenting, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and life coaching. She has specific interest in trauma focused therapy. Her work includes considerable work with veterans, both current serving and ex-serving, and their families and within the NSW Workcover system.
Natalie has extensive experience with varied client groups and individually tailors her support and input to best suit the unique needs of her clients. Her warm, encouraging and supportive approach to her work provides an ideal setting for her clients to achieve their treatment goals. She draws upon a range of evidenced based therapeutic interventions including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy and Family Systems Therapy.
