Tracy Lynch is the founder and owner of Thrive Wellness Hub.

Tracy is a proud Wiradjuri woman who now lives in Newcastle on Awabakal Country and works fortnightly in Bourke, Ngemba Country

Tracy is a Psychotherapist, EMDR Therapist, Counsellor and Supervisor

Her passion is to support people to navigate and process the difficult circumstances and feelings of life. When our past difficulties are processed they can remain in the past and no longer get in the way of our present.

Tracy is committed to facilitate real and lasting change. Tracy is passionate about helping people build a strong healthy thriving relationship with themselves, others and community.

 Specialising in PTDS, Anxiety Support, Self-Worth Issues,Trauma Processing, Cancer Support and  Relationship Therapy

Tracy uses a number of different Therapeutic approaches dependent on what each client / couple needs. These approaches include EMDR, Attachment focused EMDR, Resource Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Theory, Emotional Focused Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Narrative Therapy and Gottman Relationship Therapy

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Adult Education, a Postgraduate Degree in Counselling, EMDRAA Accredited EMDR Therapist, Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy, Cert IV in Training and Assessment, Advanced Clinical Certificate Resource Therapy Therapy, Level 1,2,3 Gottman Couples Therapy and Gottman Assesor. Additionally, Tracy is a Trainer and Supervisor of other Therapists.

With over 30 years’ experience, Tracy works with and supports individuals and families in her capacity as a Therapist and Educator, both for government agencies (currently working in a fly in fly out Trauma Specialist position in Bourke and in her private practice in Newcastle). She has worked extensively with families, managed domestic violence services and supported clients with issues of anxiety and complex trauma for many years and currently teaches Counselling and Resource Therapy to new Therapists and Community Services Staff.

Tracy works with warmth from an evidence based foundation.

Along with her passion for her work, she is also passionate about her marriage of over 30 years, her 3 adult children, being on Country in Nature, creativity, weaving, pottery, coffee, markets and good wine shared with good friends.
