Vicki is a registered psychologist dedicated to helping adults heal from trauma, rebuild a sense of safety and wellbeing, and cultivate the clarity and resilience needed to navigate life’s emotional challenges.

She provides a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Schema Therapy.

Vicki supports adults experiencing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and grief. She also works with individuals coping with complex family dynamics and the emotional impact of separation, conflict, or strained parent-child relationships.
