Jenelle Connors

Jenelle is a qualified and registered counsellor who is enthusiastic and passionate about helping people through the hard times and to enable them to experience as much joy as possible on their personal journeys.
Knowing each person’s journey is uniquely their own, Jenelle uses a variety of counselling and therapeutic techniques to encourage self-reflection and produce results.
Jenelle tailors her non-judgemental support accordingly with her approach being deeply rooted in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Gottman Relationship Therapy.
Jenelle holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Graduate Diploma in Counselling, Clinical Supervision Registration, NMAS Accredited Mediator and a Licensed Mental Health First Aid Trainer & Gottman Couples Therapy Training Levels 1,2 & 3.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry Jenelle specialises in relationship counselling, grief and loss, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety and depression and any challenge that you are feeling is an overwhelm. If you are feeling stuck in long-term patterns Jenelle will help navigate you to a better place, identify your challenges, nurture new growth and allow you to experience any emotions that are coming up for you.
Joy is waiting for you on the other side of the challenge you are facing and Jenelle wants you to learn to love yourself and others more and considers it a privilege to be a part of supporting and empowering people onto a path of mental wellbeing and happiness.
